CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that prepares you for your everyday life and athletic endeavors more effectively and efficiently than any other program out there.
It consists mainly of a mix of aerobic exercise (running, rowing, skipping), body weight or gymnastic elements ( pull ups, handstands, v sits ), and olympic lifting. CrossFit itself is defined as that which optimizes fitness – constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity.
When you join a CrossFit gym you are joining a community! In fact, the communal aspect of the program is a key component of why it’s so effective. CrossFit is for all ages, all fitness levels and all body types. Trust me, you won’t regret joining CrossFit!

BASELINE – THE WORKOUT
This is a timed trial and is used only as a benchmark for you, as a way to track your improvement. The goal is to see where your fitness level is today and then 3 months from today. The workout is completely scalable for ALL fitness levels. If you can’t do one of the movements now, don’t sweat it! Everything can be adjusted to your ability. We use a variety of support accessories to help anyone who needs it.
