Membership Information

What is included with membership?
When you become a member of our gym, you can visit our facility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Also, you will have a one-on-one consultation and review session with our one of our trainers.

What is the age requirement?
People of all ages are welcome to join us. However, minors are allowed to train only during staffed hours.

Personal Training

Our one-on-one programs are much more than just a series of training sessions. Unlike other exercise routines, our fitness programs offer a physical, psychological, and emotional experience that allows you to improve your level of base conditioning. Afterwards, you will safely and strongly progress to increase your physical and cognitive fitness.

We customize our personal training program to address your unique fitness profile, enabling you to increase your fitness level in partnership with your personal trainer. With our help, you will not only reach your personal goals but also be empowered to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle.

Step 1: Free Consultation
During the initial consultation, you will meet one of our coaches to discuss your specific goals and existing health issues. You will also tour the facility to find out if The Ripped Club is the right place for you. The orientation and review can last up to an hour or more.

Step 2: Comprehensive Personal Fitness Assessment
The importance of a proper fitness assessment cannot be understated because it provides us with a physiological map of your body’s condition. By assessing your strength, flexibility, range-of-motion, and cardiovascular and metabolic conditioning, we can design the ideal program for you.

Step 3: Program Design
At The Ripped Club, we make reaching your fitness goals feel great. Your trainer will create a program based on your personal goals and fitness level. The regimen will challenge your body and mind while increasing your energy and keeping you safe.

Step 4: Eight-Week Reassessment
Schedule of single, shared, or group sessions with your coach.

Step 5: Ongoing Training and Support
Our mission is not only to encourage you to meet your goal but also to help you maintain a healthy body. Once you reach your objective, we will continue to support your fitness program, as well as help you change any negative habits.

One-On-One Sessions

Our private training sessions are ideal for both beginners and elite athletes. Each session is planned to maximize your ability to reach your goals.

During our private classes, you will quickly see changes in how you feel. Our sessions help improve your energy levels, body composition, athletic performance, balance, coordination, and overall well-being.

Shared Sessions

If you are not ready for a private session, we offer shared sessions. Pair up with a friend, and achieve your goals together. If you prefer, we can also pair you with a new workout partner.

With our shared sessions, you can get the benefits of individualized workouts for a fraction of the cost. We also offer small group programs, which are available for up to 4 people per session.

Group Sessions

Our group sessions are a small group training, which is compromised to 3-4 people at the same fitness level, with a common goal.

Personalized Diet Plans

Training is the first half of the equation, and diet is the other. To make sure that you get the most out of our personal training programs, we will provide you with a customized meal plan that is tailored to your health and specific objectives.
